Hi, Drew – thanks for writing in. Without more specific information regarding your HR background/previous work experience, it’s difficult to provide a concrete recommendation; however, our Human Resources team is currently seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to work across our various hospitals and clinic locations. Our Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for diagnosis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of organizational and leadership development strategies in order to achieve the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Mercyhealth. Beverly H. (via LinkedIn): I’ve worked as a nursing home RN for the last 10 years, but I’m looking to move into a hospital or clinic setting. What opportunities would be available to me based on my previous work experience?

Our Dialysis team at our Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center-Janesville campus is currently seeking a Registered Nurse for both our inpatient and outpatient units. In this position, you’ll work closely with our Dialysis team to create and administer dialysis treatment plans, evaluate patient progress, and provide general dialysis-centric care. Hello, Brandon! Yes, we are currently hiring a variety of positions across our careers spectrum at each of our major hospital locations. We operate two hospitals in Rockford (Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospital & Physician Clinic Rockton and Riverside locations) as well as our Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center-Janesville campus. In addition, we also operate two critical access hospitals: Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center-Walworth and Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center-Harvard.
